Terms of service

1. Provider

The service provider and operator of this website is Selektronik, Luka Seliškar s.p., Blatnica 10, 1236 Trzin, Slovenia, e-mail info@selektronik.si (hereinafter Selektronik).

2. Ordering PCBs and 3D prints

Printed circuit boards and 3D-printed parts are produced by an external manufacturing partner based on the files and parameters the customer enters in the online configurator. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the files and the selected parameters. The price shown in the configurator includes production, transport, VAT and delivery unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. An order is confirmed after payment is received (card, pro-forma invoice / bank transfer) or, by agreement, on an invoice with deferred payment for business customers. Selektronik is not liable for production costs arising from errors in the customer's files.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the manufacturing partner and the carrier. Orders delivered via Selektronik may be consolidated into shared shipments. Selektronik informs the customer about the order status in the user account.

5. Complaints

Products that do not match the ordered specifications must be reported within 8 days of receipt. Products made in accordance with the customer's files are not subject to complaints due to design errors.

6. Liability

Selektronik is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or damage caused by the use of the products in the customer's devices.

7. Development and assembly services

Terms for development, component assembly and 3D design services are agreed in an individual quote.

8. Final provisions

Slovenian law applies; the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. These terms apply from 1 September 2026.
