Service
3D CAD enclosure design
We model enclosures and mechanical parts in CAD that fit the PCB precisely: connector cut-outs, LED light guides, IP65/IP67 sealing, heat dissipation and mounting points. Models are prepared for 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), CNC machining or plastic injection moulding, including tolerances and manufacturing notes. We print the prototype and check the fit before the series.
What is included
- Custom enclosures around the PCB model (STEP)
- Preparation for 3D printing, CNC and injection moulding
- IP protection, seals and heat dissipation
- Renderings and technical drawings
- Prototype print and fit check
