We combine development, fabrication and assembly of printed circuit boards with mechanical design under one roof. Less coordination, faster prototypes and a product that can be manufactured.

Electronics and PCB development

We develop custom electronics: from requirements analysis, component selection and schematic to multilayer PCB layout, prototype and documentation for series production. We work with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, nRF, PIC), power electronics, sensors, wireless technologies (BLE, WiFi, LoRa, LTE-M) and analogue circuits. We take care of DFM/DFT rules, EMC compliance and the selection of available components so the product moves from prototype to series without surprises.

SMT and THT component assembly

On our own pick-and-place line we place SMT components from 0402 to QFN/BGA packages, with stencil paste printing and reflow soldering profiled for lead-free or leaded paste. THT components are assembled by hand or selectively, mixed assembly on request. Every board is inspected (AOI/visual); functional testing and firmware programming are available by agreement.

PCB fabrication

Printed circuit boards are made in partnership with one of the largest manufacturers in the world. In our online configurator you upload the Gerber files, check the board in the viewer, choose the parameters (layers, thickness, colour, surface finish) and immediately get a price in euros incl. VAT. We handle the order, import, customs and delivery and issue an EU invoice. On request we also assemble the boards.

3D printing on demand

3D printing is done in partnership with a specialised manufacturer: SLA resin for fine details, MJF and SLS nylon for functional parts, FDM for larger parts and SLM for metal (stainless steel, titanium). In the online configurator you upload several models at once, choose material, colour and quantity for each and see the price immediately. We check the models before printing and handle import and invoicing.

3D CAD enclosure design

We model enclosures and mechanical parts in CAD that fit the PCB precisely: connector cut-outs, LED light guides, IP65/IP67 sealing, heat dissipation and mounting points. Models are prepared for 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), CNC machining or plastic injection moulding, including tolerances and manufacturing notes. We print the prototype and check the fit before the series.

Cable assemblies and wiring

We build cable assemblies to your specification: crimped connectors (JST, Molex, TE, M12), sleeving, labelling and continuity testing. Cable assemblies are adapted to the lengths and routing inside the enclosure and delivered together with the assembled electronics.

Full product development

For companies and start-ups we take over the complete development of a device: electronics, software, mechanics and assembly. We guide the project through prototype → pilot series → production, help select suppliers and subcontractors, prepare documentation for CE marking and take care of testing. The result is a product ready for the market.
