Service
Electronics and PCB development
We develop custom electronics: from requirements analysis, component selection and schematic to multilayer PCB layout, prototype and documentation for series production. We work with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, nRF, PIC), power electronics, sensors, wireless technologies (BLE, WiFi, LoRa, LTE-M) and analogue circuits. We take care of DFM/DFT rules, EMC compliance and the selection of available components so the product moves from prototype to series without surprises.
What is included
- Device specification and architecture
- Schematic and component selection with availability in mind
- PCB layout up to 12 layers, impedance-controlled lines
- Firmware for microcontrollers (C/C++, Zephyr, FreeRTOS)
- Prototyping and laboratory testing
- Production documentation (Gerber, BOM, pick-and-place)
How a project runs
01
Inquiry
Describe the project, send a schematic, Gerber or sketch. We reply within 2 working days.
02
Quote and plan
We agree on scope, deadlines and price. For development we define milestones.
03
Execution
Development, fabrication or assembly – we keep you updated on progress.
04
Handover and support
We deliver the products and documentation and stay available for the series.
Other services
SMT and THT component assembly
Machine pick-and-place SMT assembly and manual THT assembly for prototypes and small series.
PCB fabrication
Order PCB prototypes and series online – with a Gerber viewer, instant price and an EU invoice.
3D printing on demand
Upload STL or STEP, check the model in the 3D viewer and order prints in resin, nylon, PLA or metal – priced in EUR incl. VAT.
3D CAD enclosure design
Enclosures, brackets and mechanical parts designed around your board – for 3D printing or injection moulding.
