Data we collect

• data you enter in the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, company, message),
• user account data (name, e-mail, password in encrypted form, company, VAT ID),
• data about orders, delivery addresses and uploaded files,
• technical data needed for the site to work (session, cart and language cookies).

Purpose of processing

We process the data to answer inquiries, fulfil orders, issue invoices, deliver goods and communicate the order status. Address data is passed to the manufacturing partner and the carrier to fulfil the order; payment data is processed by the payment provider (Stripe).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (sign-in session, cart, language). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention

Order data is kept as required by tax law (10 years), inquiries for at most 2 years, user accounts until deletion.

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your data at any time at info@selektronik.si.
